Care Instructions After Installation
  1. In general, the installation of window film requires using water mixed with mild shampoo or Film-on solution, which is sprayed onto the adhesive side of the film and the glass surface to help position the film correctly. The water is then squeegeed out with various tools. Therefore, after installation, you need not worry if you notice water streaks, cloudiness, or haze on the glass, as these will naturally disappear within 1–4 weeks. For the L60MAX SPECIAL model, this will clear within 4–6 weeks, and for Ceramatrix Safety films, within 4–8 weeks, once the film is completely dry and the adhesive has fully bonded to the glass. Additionally, during the first 7 days after installation—and for safety films, the first 14 days—it is recommended not to roll the windows up or down, as the film may peel off.
  2. Do not clean interior windows for 21 days.
  3. Clean with soft cloth and clean water only.
  4. Do not use cloths used for car body or seats (may contain chemicals harmful to the film).
  5. Do not use brushes, scouring pads, or harsh materials.
  6. Do not use ammonia-based cleaners (may damage adhesive). Use clean water only.
  7. Film seams are visible on highly curved glass, sometimes more than one.
  8. If bubbles appear after 1–7 days (10 days for safety films) and are not water residue, visit the dealer immediately.

Inspection of Film Installation Quality
  1. Inspection can be done immediately after installation. temporary haze, water spots, or distortion within 1 - 4 weeks is normal.
  2. Inspection should be done from inside the vehicle looking outwards in natural light.
  3. Within 5 centimeters from the edge, a small amount of dust particles may be present. Beyond this 5-centimeter edge area, the following conditions are considered acceptable as long as they are not prominent: dust particles, insects, fibers, hair, fingerprints, or slightly lifted film edges.

Warnings
  1. Visibility through tinted glass may differ slightly from untreated glass.
  2. Tinting may affect GPS signal reception in some film models.
  3. For any type of windshield coated with metal, when driving under strong yellow lighting, a watermark-like pattern may appear on the dashboard area. Once past the yellow light, the pattern will disappear. In Bangkok, this phenomenon can typically be observed at three major locations: Under the Vibhavadi–Rangsit Expressway (inbound and outbound), The North Park Tunnel at Laksi, and Under the Borommaratchachonnani elevated road near Central Pinklao and Pata Pinklao. In such cases, the company will not accept product returns or replacements.
